What does “customer driven” mean to you?

Being customer driven means understanding the needs of my customers and how C2G and our employees can best help them solve their most pressing business challenges. Our customers are at the core of our business and I ensure that they have a high-quality experience with us each and every time.

What is best about being part of C2G?

I get to work with the most amazing talent in the marketing and analytics business. We work virtually on a flexible work arrangement schedule and have developed a rhythm that allows us to be productive while, at the same time, have outside activities and integrate family life.

What is something that most people do not know about you?

Most people don’t know that I’m only 5 feet tall (or short). I have a big voice over the phone and most people are surprised when they meet me – they expect a giant!

What are you passionate about outside of work?

I love to share my knowledge with young women, particularly ones in business – whether in a formal structured environment or just through quick conversations. I feel really good when someone lets me know how I’ve impacted their lives by giving them necessary information they need to make a decision.
