Robert is a Data Science Intern at C2G. His tasks include researching data to find optimal solutions and insights, reporting his findings in a clean and appropriate way, and helping fellow team members with any tasks for which they need assistance. Before C2G, Robert worked at a local restaurant called “Busboys and Poets” as a server, and also worked as a camp counselor at a YMCA. There, his responsibilities included providing great customer service, being a great leader, and a positive role model.
Robert currently attends the University of Maryland, College Park and majors in Information Science and Technology with a Specialization in Data Science with an anticipated graduation in May 2018. Since childhood, he has been an avid Washington Redskins fan and always enjoy seeing them play and always looks forward to spending time with family and friends. In his free time, Robert enjoys going to new places such as museums, landmarks, and restaurants.
What does “customer driven” mean to you?
Even though I don’t typically work first-hand with clients, I always consider a client’s perspective when I complete my work to ensure I produce the best results I can.
What is best about being part of C2G?
The best thing about being a part of C2G is that I am able to work with such a close team, who is always there to help each other help.
How do you drive results in your work?
I drive results in my work by putting forth the best effort I can and do not shy away from feedback and critique from my peers.
How do you build flexibility into your engagements?
I take pride in my time-management skills, which when done correctly can allow me to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and be able to take on new projects when asked.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
Outside of work I am passionate about football, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and taking part in playing a casual game of RISK.
