Deborah is Senior Vice President for Solutions within the MD-based analytics team. She is responsible for building solutions and overseeing delivery for clients across key industries such as Healthcare. Prior to C2G, Deborah worked at Wunderman Health as SVP of Strategy & Analytics in the agency group. This had a big impact on her understanding of creative services and advertising. Before Wunderman, she worked at Merkle, Inc. for eight years, leading the strategy team in the Healthcare vertical.

She has a Masters degree in Education from Harvard University with a major in technology-enabled education and a minor in human cognitive development. Deborah loves to ski, actively work as a fine artist (painter), and volunteers at the Children’s Theater of Annapolis as a set designer. She lives near Annapolis in Maryland with her husband and daughter. Deborah also has another daughter who is a sophomore at University of Maryland, College Park.

What does “customer driven” mean to you?

For clients, being customer driven means fully transforming their organizations to deliver the optimal experience for their customers – focusing investment, offers, services and messages to drive customer engagement and value for clients’ businesses.

What are your favorite ways to collaborate with clients and co-workers?

I truly like to work with clients and co-workers as partners and appreciate the opportunity to play diverse roles – whether that be as the leader, a participant or a coach. In this way, I have the opportunity to continuously learn from different perspectives.

How do you drive results in your work?

Being successful is about deeply understanding clients’ business and KPI’s and ensuring that results delivered by my teams are focused on and executes against those goals.

How do you build flexibility into your engagements?

I like to create frameworks for shaping the approach to an engagement or business challenge and be fully transparent with stakeholders on what aspects of the approach are hard-wired and what are areas where we will explore and flex to be responsive to learnings and activities.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

Kids learning about advanced technologies (e.g., coding as core curriculum), painting and photography
