Ashley is a marketing intern at C2G Partners and her responsibilities include assisting with blogs and social media, handling day to day issues and being available to assist other members of the team. Prior to C2G Partners, Ashley was a private math and English tutor working with all grade levels but especially with special needs children.
Ashley received her associates degree from Essex County College where she was Valedictorian for the class of 2016. Currently, she attends Rutgers Business School working towards her bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2017. Ashley’s hobbies include running and volunteering. Her passion is to be the best student she can be, in any situation. She always wants to learn all she can so she can be an asset wherever she is placed. Ashley currently lives in New Jersey with her parents and sister.
What does “customer driven” mean to you?
It means that the customer is at the center of everything. The customer experience is managed from beginning to end and the goal is to satisfy the customer’s needs and wants.
How do you drive results in your work?
I drive results by always aiming to do my best on any given task, no matter how big or how small. I want my work to be of the highest quality and be able to speak for me.
How do you build flexibility into your engagements?
I budget my time and prioritize. I find it easiest to do this by keeping a clear schedule of everything I need to do and keeping it up to date. It is also important to keep communication with everyone involved. My manager and I need to be on the same page.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
I love running. It forces me to focus and helps put everything that is going on into context. I also like volunteering, especially with special needs children. Those children have taught me so much and are some of the most beautiful people I have ever met.
