As Chief Revenue Officer, Annette leads the sales team in building new partnerships and enriches existing relationships with clients, identifying their marketing needs and providing winning solutions.  Her marketing expertise, acquired over the last 20 years, enables her to successfully achieve partners’ business objectives.

Prior to C2G, Annette spent over 10 years at American Express.  As a former Director of Marketing, she introduced her team to customer relationship management, leading the strategy to identify and target customers.  Additionally, she held several positions in Customer Information Management, leading and training teams of database marketing professionals to analyze and improve marketing programs.

Annette holds a BBA from Baruch College, City University of New York. In her spare time, she volunteers on various projects, especially non-profit fundraisers.  She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children.

What does “customer driven” mean to you?

Customers and their satisfaction must be at the pinnacle of everything we do. Being customer driven means finding creative solutions to always put customers first and give them what they need no matter the hurdle.

What is best about being part of C2G?

The best part of C2G is my ability to make a difference and build something amazing. My efforts and thought leadership impact this growing environment in a very visible way and that gives me tremendous satisfaction.

What are your favorite ways to collaborate with clients and co-workers?

I do my best work in collaborative form, whether with my team and/or clients. The process of hearing differing perspectives, and together creating something enriched by our diverse experiences, energizes me.

How do you drive results in your work?

Time is one of the most valuable commodities we have today and there is always more to do than can be accomplished – so the key to driving results is setting goals and developing the right priorities to achieve them. I continuously focus my time and energy on efforts that will achieve what’s most important.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

My family is my passion. They drive me to be a better version of myself and challenge me to remember what is truly important.
