Ursula is an HR Operations Specialist for C2G. She is responsible for managing the processes and deliverables in support of human resources for the organization. Previously, she worked for WorldNow where she was promoted from Executive Assistant to VP of Communications. In this role, Ursula worked closely with senior management to develop, manage and provide communication oversight through carefully defined initiatives.

As a highly-motivated result driven student at Keiser University, where she obtained her B.A. in Business, Ursula maintained a GPA above 3.4, making the dean’s list and honor roll each semester. Her field of study is Marketing and Communications.

In her spare time, she loves to travel, volunteer at Ronald McDonald House and spend time with her family. Ursula currently lives in Long Island, NY.

What is best about being part of C2G?

Of all my employers, C2G is the only company were each member is supported by the group, and the group is supported by each member. It is truly “all for one and one for all” at C2G. The company prides itself in providing the right tools for its employees to succeed. For me, this is important because the work I do adds value and contributes to the success of the company and our clients.

What are your favorite ways to collaborate with clients and co-workers?

My day-to-day interactions are mostly with my co-workers. I enjoy jumping on conference calls to hear the creative ideas to current challenges and getting together for our quarterly meetings where we get to share concepts in person.

How do you drive results in your work?

Understanding what is required and staying organized. This helps to provide results promptly.

How do you build flexibility into your engagements?

Through concise communication and prioritizing workloads.

What is something that most people do not know about you?

I would love to open a non-for-profit salon where proceeds fund tutoring programs for inner-city children struggling in math and reading.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

The most important thing, my family.
