What does “customer driven” mean to you?
Customer driven means taking the needs of the client and utilizing that to tailor my sourcing and recruiting efforts to best meet their requirements. I am focused on their needs and use that to drive my work.
What is best about being part of C2G?
C2G is a fantastic company comprised of highly successful and driven team members. It is evident that we work extremely well together and the best part of C2G is being surrounded and supported by terrific colleagues who can get the job done and work very well together to accomplish great things.
What are your favorite ways to collaborate with clients and co-workers?
Collaborating is critical to our success. I enjoy discussing the tasks as a group, especially in the beginning phases of a project to highlight the different ways we approach the search and recruitment efforts. Not only can I learn from the different methods others suggest but it is helpful as a team to develop communication coherency and embrace the process.
How do you drive results in your work?
I drive results in my work through my perseverance and integrity. I am committed to working efficiently and effectively while maintaining the integrity of the search and work product. I welcome new challenges and embrace learning new things and trying new techniques to target the right candidates. I am very motivated to produce the best for clients as it is extremely rewarding to find them their “perfect” consultant.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
I am passionate about my family. I have three young daughters (twin girls and another girl a little over a year later- Irish Triplets!), and my husband is an active duty Marine. In my free time you can find me pushing a triple jogging stroller, exploring new parks, and practicing my baking and culinary skills.
