As a Vice President of Business Development for C2G, Maggie is focused on achieving our client’s business objectives with experienced and professional marketing consultants and proven business solutions.

Maggie has over 20 years of experience in global sales and marketing, working previously for AT&T in business strategy development, segment marketing, database marketing, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction and sales leadership. Maggie has successfully launched and managed B2B customer relationship programs with a performance, ROI and metrics-based approach. During her tenure at AT&T, Maggie was a key contributor to new venture start-up, and merger integration efforts. Maggie holds a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and International from Rutgers University School of Business.

In her personal time, Maggie likes to spend as much time as possible at the Jersey shore with her family and friends. She also volunteers her time at the local schools, and supports her daughters in Girl Scouts. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and four children.

What does “customer driven” mean to you?

Customer driven means listening to our clients’ business challenges, delivering solutions tailored to their specific needs and engaging on an ongoing basis for continuous feedback and improvement. It means the customer is central to every business decision we make, and that being responsive is part of who we are and what we do every day.

What are your favorite ways to collaborate with clients and co-workers?

Most jobs require some level of team work, but our business depends upon constant and well-organized collaboration for our success. Brainstorming strategies with my peers and developing successful solutions for challenging situations is one of my favorite aspects of the job. We win together, we lose together, but we learn and grow, and operate as a team.

How do you drive results in your work?

I actually believe in focusing less on the end result or goal, and more on doing what is best for our customers, our team and our company – and the results will follow. It’s not magic, but by delivering on our commitments, we foster trust and build relationships, which ultimately leads to mutually successful outcomes.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

I am passionate about my family above all else. I am fortunate to have my parents, and most of my extended family living within driving distance, along with four kids, two dogs and a husband that keep me on my toes. We believe that the family that plays together, stays together, and we are a very active family.
