Kimberly is an AIRS certified senior recruiting and staffing executive with a 19-year track record of success in talent acquisition and strategic sourcing. She is skilled in the areas of corporate staffing, executive and contingent search, college campus recruiting, applicant tracking systems and vendor partnership relationships with extensive experience in the information technology and telecommunications industries.
Kimberly is a resourceful, solution-focused professional with excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills. She partners with business unit leaders and other key stakeholders to analyze business goals, identify talent needs and/or gaps associated with those goals, and develop and implement programs and services to find the right talent.
In her free time Kimberly, volunteers and enjoys working with local food pantries, children’s welfare agencies and Dress for Success. She currently resides in McKinney, Texas with her 4 children and three dogs.
What does “customer driven” mean to you?
It means developing strong relationships with our customers to determine their needs and then fulfilling these needs as best as we can. We also need to understand our customers’ position with C2G and with their own customers. Ultimately it is delivering a WOW factor!
What is best about being part of C2G?
The best part is the “people”. From the very beginning with my 8 interviews, to the warm and welcoming first days, and now, after 1.5 years, it is still the same. Everyone cares so much for each other and for our clients and consultants and their success and happiness with their choices. It is a highly collaborative work environment with everyone always looking to help each other!
What are your favorite ways to collaborate with clients and co-workers?
How do you drive results in your work? In recruiting, success depends upon your candidate pipeline. Constantly searching and screening and maintaining a pipeline of viable people that are out there in the freelance/consulting workspace, is pertinent. Building strong relationships with these people is key for future success.
What is something that most people do not know about you?
People probably do not know how absolutely committed I am to my work. I cannot ever see myself doing anything other than what I do right now. I love coming to work every day and meeting all of the people I interview. Matching someone with the perfect job is such a thrill and gives me so much more satisfaction than any other career I can imagine.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
My passion in life is the well-being of humanity. The need in our world is so great and bringing joy to someone else in any way I can is my calling. Whether it’s serving food, driving around with blessing bags to people on the street or helping an abused woman update her wardrobe and her resume.
