What does “customer driven” mean to you?

To be customer driven is to be laser focus on exceeding the client’s expectations.

What is best about being part of C2G?

I love working with our team. We truly want each other to succeed and will always jump in to lend a hand and give credit where it’s due.

What are your favorite ways to collaborate with clients and co-workers?

I am a technology geek at heart. I’m always trying to find ways to use technology to make collaborating more efficient and effective, whether we are using it to drive the candidate experience or to eliminate wasted time and effort on our internal team.

How do you drive results in your work?

I am relentless about achieving goals. Before I take action, I look at the situation from various angles, identify possible approaches and outcomes, select the best path and move forward. If I don’t get the desired results, I reevaluate the situation, and repeat the process until I do.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

The unlimited potential in each of us. We all possess inherent talents that can be leveraged to achieve and contribute great things. I absolutely love helping kids identify that place where their interests intersect with their talents and turn that into rewarding and achievable goals.
