C2G Partners takes the health and wellness of all of our employees very seriously. We strive to provide an environment where our team has the opportunity to purchase health insurance at a reasonable cost with good coverage levels.
Below are highlights of our 2017 health benefits offerings:
- A choice of three different medical insurance plans through the Oxford Liberty Network (outside of the NY Metro area, the network is called Choice Plus)
- Dental Insurance
- Vision Insurance
- Health Savings Account (HSA) to save money on a pre-tax basis for health related expenses
- All insurance premiums are deducted from employees’ pay checks on a pre-tax basis for additional tax savings
- C2G Partners pays a portion of all employees’ medical insurance premiums on a monthly basis
All C2G Partners employees, working 30+ hours/week are eligible to participate in our health plans on the first day of the month after hire date. Employees will be sent all enrollment forms and plan summaries.
